TOFFEE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE POTS

50g dark chocolate

3 eggs (separated)

1-2 tsp sweetener

3 x 175g Mullerlight toffee yoghurt

4 tbsp fat free fromage frais

1 tsp chocolate sprinkles

 

Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of gently simmering water, then allow to cool a little.

Put the egg whites in a large glass bowl and beat with an electric hand whisk until they form stiff peaks. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the sweetener until pale and thick. Fold in the melted chocolate, then the egg whites using a metal spoon.

Divide the yoghurt and chocolate mousse into 4 glasses in layers. Cover with cling film and chill for 2 hrs.

Add tbsp fromage frais to each bowl and cover with chocolate sprinkles to serve.
